Domestic Appliance Helpline have been operating from Leeds for 20 years, and we supply and repair various makes of domestic appliance in and around West Yorkshire. You can see a list of appliance brands we repair and the relevant service charges on the following link.

Domestic Appliance Helpline also operate their own service scheme, the Samson Maintenance Plan for domestic white goods as listed above. You can apply for a Samson Maintenance Plan if the appliance is situated within our coverage area. Samson Maintenance Plans are available on new appliances, which can be protected up to the equipments 5th birthday, or on an annual basis for appliances which are up to 6 years old at the time of application. At Domestic Appliance Helpline, we also have a particular interest in Charities and Housing Associations. We can conduct repairs and servicing to existing equipment, supply and install new appliances, both domestic and heavy duty, and we can supply repair cover with the Samson Maintenance Plan for appliances in various situations.
