Domestic Appliance Helpline offer services to landlords and property management companies, including our own service scheme, the Samson Maintenance Plan. The Samson Maintenance plan is a very useful tool for the following reasons:

  • You can cover one or more products
  • Cover all your appliance budgeting with a once yearly fee
  • The tenant contacts Domestic Appliance Helpline direct to arrange an appointment
  • It is not necessary for the landlord to be present at repairs
  • Appliances can be covered for parts or parts and labour
  • Contribution towards a new appliance if yours is beyond repair
  • We will keep you informed of the repair progress at all stages
  • The tenant is offered an AM or PM appointment, and we can contact them at a designated number before arrival

You can apply for a Samson Maintenance Plan if the appliance is situated within our coverage area. Samson Maintenance Plans are available on new appliances, which can be protected up to the equipments 5th birthday, or on an annual basis for appliances which are up to 6 years old at the time of application.
