Please view the following for information about Domestic Appliance Helpline’s exclusive service scheme, the Samson Maintenance Plan. The Samson scheme can help with the costs of repairs should your appliance break down due to electro-mechanical failure. The maintenance plan can help with costs for parts, or parts and labour, depending on the brand of your appliance, or the level of cover selected.
Individual householders are eligible to apply for a plan on one or more of their appliances, and depending on the usage of the equipment, schools, housing associations, charities and other organizations can also apply. Please use the quotation request link below to find a price for a Samson plan on your appliance. This is totally without obligation, and all your information is treated with the utmost care.
You can apply for a Samson Maintenance Plan if:
- The appliance is situated in or around the West Yorkshire area
(please see coverage area for more info) - The appliance is in perfect working order at the time of applying
- The appliance is currently under 6 years old
- The appliance is used for normal domestic duties
- Is not used in a commercial environment
- If you are about to purchase a new appliance and would like additional cover
- If your appliance is still within the manufacturer’s warranty and has no further cover
